If any new files, designs, materials, functionality, or specifications are introduced after the commencement of each project, they will be quotes seprately. The only files, designes, materials, functionality, and specifications included in the total project are those which are detailed and outlined in the project proposal.
Awaiken reserves the right to amend the pricing for any changes or additions to the project subsequent to their commencement of the project. Awaiken also reserve the right to revise the quote or refuse to work on a project and issue a refund in case an actual scope of work require for the project completion substantially exceeds or exceeds at all the price listed in the project proposal.
Expendited delivery service is sometimes available for extra charges depending on availabliity.

All the customization you request to do in our product is considered to be “work made for hire” we retain all the copyright along with resell, redistribution and intellectual property rights as well. You may not resell, redistribute or franchise the product you buy from us all or any part of the software. You may sell your website or business though but not the product software.
